At present, AMX touchpanels do not support SIP Video - they are only SIP Audio compliant. Not sure of the module you are using, but AMX do support H.264 Video, so if you are placing "video" calls between AMX devices that support H.264 streaming, the module may support H.264 video at the same time as SIP-Audio.
TPControl supports SIP Video and Audio calls. We also support H.264, but not the codec/method supported by AMX.
When AMX supports native SIP Video, then you will be able to make SIP Video and Audio calls with TPControl from AMX devices.
