Please log into your TPCloud account (http://tpcloud.touchpanelcontrol.com) and use the 'Request Token Transfer' option. An email will be issued directly to the current token holder and upon their acceptance will be moved to your account - that process does not require our intervention. Alternately, you can contact the token holder and ask them to use the 'Move Token' option available in their TPCloud account under 'TPCloud > Tokens > (token) > View Details'.
