The TPControl for Apple/Android/Windows is incompatible with the SVSi NMX-ENC. It may be that specific decoding, outside that supported natively by the OS may be required i.e. we support only the codecs/decoding method supported natively by each respective OS. As such, other application developers create their own decoding support, something that we do not do within TPControl i.e. VLC. 

Please note that H.264 streams are not supported in TPControl Windows & TPI-PRO currently from any streaming devices due to Windows OS limitations.
