If you are using TPControl as a primary/only interface to the AMX control system, then my suggestion is to avoid any updates for devices you know are already working. If updates break things, we cannot immediately resolve issues and typically there are days/weeks of lead time before any updates by us can be posted to Apple for review, and then Apple's review process can add between 7-10 days assuming all goes well with their review.
