Online/Offline events work as expected. However, Feedback states are not being updated correctly within TPControl when it drops offline while in background mode. TPControl is turning off the channels but not updating the UI i.e. when devices drop offline, all channel states are reset to off automatically (you can verify this simply by rebooting the NI while TPControl is connected, and see the button states revert to OFF).

From the NetLinx masters perspective, when the device comes ONLINE, it will not issue OFF states to the device, because the device SHOULD already have all channel-states set to 'off'.

This problem was inadvertently introduced in v2.4.4.0 and will be rectified in the next release.
