TPControl for Windows supports the ability to use the same license and configuration across multiple user profiles.
An external USB memory stick connected to the TPControl PC is required for this functionality.
- Install TPControl, license and configure TPControl
- Connect the USB stick to the PC.
- Once TPControl is licensed and configured, go to TPControl settings, scroll down to the version section and select 'Store settings to external device'
A notification will show to indicate the settings were saved to USB. 
- Once saved, login to the other users account, install TPControl, launch the application. TPControl will check for the USB and will license and configure itself allowing you to use the same license and configuration across multiple user profiles.
