Regarding transferring/moving the token(s), I would recommend for future, that you guide the customer to create a TPCloud account that is tied to the customer's email (verification of the email address is required). The customer can 'Invite' you to administer their TPCloud. Then from 'TPCloud -> Tokens' use the 'Request Token Transfer' option which will raise a request with the current holder of the token, to transfer to the customers account.

Once the tokens are in the customer's account (notification emails will be received), then they can make the tokens 'Public' via 'TPCloud -> Tokens -> (token) -> View Details', and they will then appear in your TPCloud account for administration.
