If you wish for your end user customer to take ownership of their TPcontrol licenses, but still allow you to support them and their TPControl devices, we suggest that you guide the customer to create a TPControl account that is tied to the customer's email. The customer can then 'Invite' you to administer their TPCloud by logging into TPCloud and going to the "My Company" page and sending you an invite to their TPCloud company. Then from 'TPCloud -> Tokens' use the 'Request Token Transfer' option which will raise a request with the current holder of the token, to transfer to the customers account.

Once the tokens are in the customer's account (notification emails will be received), then they can make the tokens 'Public' via 'TPCloud -> Tokens -> (token) -> View Details', and they will then appear in your TPCloud account for administration.
