Users specifically need to share their tokens before any other company/user will see tokens belonging to the token owner's account.
This is achieved by selecting the token within the Token list, selecting the "View Details" tab, then selecting the 'Make Token Public" option. Alternately, you can select multiple tokens using the 'selection box' at the left of each token, then use the floating option bar to select "Details -> Make Token Public".
