TPControl tokens associated with your account can be reviewed via TPCloud or via "My Account -> Tokens: TPControl licenses (TPCloud)" at our main website.

As you have not logged in to TPCloud previously, the first time you will be presented with a wizard process. Simply follow the dialog until you are presented with "Start Using TPCloud". At that time, a list of your tokens and any applicable content you may have had in our old version of TPCloud, will be available. You can upload TP4 files, configure Settings and deploy updates from TPCloud using Push Messaging.
