Licenses that are purchased via the AMX distribution network are initially not tied to an account, but to associate the tokens with your account, please follow this procedure:
  1. Log in to TPCloud (https://tpcloud.touchpanelcontrol.com)
  2. Add/register the token information
    • For individual device license:
      1. Navigate to the Tokens tab
      2. Click the +Add Token button
      3. Enter the Token and a reference in the fields provided and press Add Token
    • For BYOD license:
      1. Navigate to the BYOD Tokens tab
      2. Click the +Add BYOD Token button
      3. Enter the BYOD Token and a reference in the fields provided
      4. Press Add Token

If valid, the token will appear in the list of Tokens displayed for the account. If the token is already associated/registered to another user's account, a suitable warning message will be displayed.
