Please provide us with the following:

1. The TP4 or TP5 file you sent to TPControl (unprotected, zipped/compressed or alternately upload to Dropbox/Google Drive or similar and provide a link to download)

Next, assuming you have the TP4 / TP5 files to recommission TPControl, please do the following:
- Open Windows Explorer and navigate to "C:\Users\%UserName%\AppData\Local\Packages\TouchPanelControl.TPControl_t6xzawvmq4gta\LocalState\"

- Select all files and folders, but do not select the settings.tpc or XMASettings.tpc files, and then move the files to a backup folder e.g. "C:\Temp"

- Launch TPControl, go to 'Settings > Advanced > Developer Settings > UI File Options', press the 'Clear User Pages' option then exit Settings and when prompted press "OK".

Please send us through your TP4 / TP5 file and we shall try to replicate the problem you experienced.
