H.264 support with AMX NMX-ENC

The TPControl for Apple/Android/Windows is incompatible with the NMX-ENC as of presently. It may be that specific decoding, outside that supported natively by the OS may be required i.e. we support only the codecs/decoding method supported natively by each respective OS. As such, other application developers create their own decoding support, something that we do not do within TPControl i.e. VLC.
