Sluggish, slow feedback on Apple device
If you experience slow, sluggish feedback or control interaction from your Apple device, it is highly likely a result of the device being set to use a STATIC IP within 'Settings > WiFi > (network)'.
Ensure that when set to STATIC that you define a 'DNS' IP entry in the network connection properties. We recommend simply using the WAP/Router IP address, and at the same time if not already populated, enter the same IP address in the 'Router' field.
Alternately, configure the device for use with a DHCP server if and when possible.
