Touch Panel Control's aim is to empower the dealer to provide a quality end-user experience with a quality product for application to existing or new AMX integrated systems. Focusing on working with dealers, we put their needs first, enabling us to ensure that the Touch Panel Control integration solution (TPControl) can reach its full potential.
Support for the dealer is provided primarily by means of the web site and support system deployed there.
Maintenance and feature release updates are managed via the respective AppStores (Apple AppStore, Google Play, Windows Store), with the approval for update process maintained by the end-user.
While we will always attempt to help the end user if contacted, the primary point of contact should be the dealer or integrator as they are most familiar with each individuals deployment.
